I have had the same problem with 2 of these reels. While switching the crank from left to right hand retrieve, the line release leaver, got pressed and stuck, HELP!

if it came with a warrenty and its not expired then you can call the number that will have come with the package and you will be able to send it in with a check that has the purchase date on it. even if you do have the warrenty and stuff, dont you think its not even worth it to repair if 2 of them had the same problem. obviosly this type of reel is defective. try out a new brand that is reliable. personaly im not going to suggest any brands to you so your next question might as well be ” what are some reliable reels that arent going to have much problems with them, especialy if i buy 2 and they bowth have the same problem???” good luck
