I always had to cut some off as it tangles. The machines but too much line on the reels. It should be okay when you have a little less line and use your finger as a guide to reel in smoothly. I love Power Pro braided line . It is tough and goes through lily pads and other vegetation and I have even pulled up many branches with it. The down side is that if it wraps around a tree, you will have to cut it with a knife. It also doesn't give like monofilament, but I have had my best luck with Power Pro and haven't lost any big fish with it either. I pulled in a huge snapping turtle with it and can't do that with other line. The sinkers aren't the problem but having the right weight of a sinker can help. Hope this helps.
