well i leave the power and action all up to you cause i don tknow what you want to fish for but i love Shakespear’s ugly stik series… they all come with a 5 or 7 year warantee and they are bomb proof…slam them in a door….not broken, bend the tip all the way down to the handle…not broken, buddy accidently sits on it….not broken
oh and they are also very sensitive and you can feel even the slightest nibble on the bait
